Due to the changing situation as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak, this information may be subject to change, according to current government guidance. We will keep this hub up to date with any developments when they are announced, so please make sure you check information frequently.
To ensure the safety of our staff and students and to manage the number of people on campus in a Covid-safe manner during this busy period, it is our intention to enrol as many students as possible online.
You should enrol online if:
- You have already applied and accepted a place on a course with us
- You are a British citizen
- You are under 19 and studying a college level (Further Education) course with us or you are 18+ studying a university level (Higher Education) course and paying by Student Finance.
If you can answer YES to the above points, skip to STEP 3.
If you are not able to answer YES to all of the above points, you will need to complete your enrolment on campus in person. Please visit the How to Enrol page of this website to find how to do this to complete your enrolment.
If you are eligible to complete your enrolment online (see step 2 to find out if you are eligible), you will receive a unique username and password via letter and email. This will give you access the dashboard section of this website, from where you can complete your course enrolment.
Please note: Access to your personal online enrolment dashboard will only be available from the date that is stated in your enrolment letter. This important correspondence will have your enrolment dates, username and password to allow you enrol online - please keep it safe until you have completed your enrolment.
The enrolment process will be complete once you have attended the College for your induction sessions. The days that you are expected to be on campus for your induction sessions will be the same as your normal timetable. This will be sent to you via post after you have enrolled. At this point, you will receive your student ID badge (which will serve as your bus pass if you are an eligible college level student) as well as your full timetable.
Details about your induction can be found within your chosen course details.
